SOLUTION: The customer contact point history management system consists of a 1st data base management system 10 for managing plural basic work data bases 10a to 10g managed for every customer, a 2nd data base management system 20 for generating and managing derived data bases 20a to 20d constituted in each stage by unloading customer contact point data on different stages such as past history, current progress and a future schedule from these data bases 10a to 10g and a customer receiving system 30 capable of displaying the contact point history of a specific customer in different stages by unloading these data bases 20a to 20d.
