PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis and medical treatment record electronic recorder which easily performs editing accompanied with operation such as change, movement, or deletion of contents represented by characters and graphics inputted to a schema in a medical record. SOLUTION: Data of plural kinds of constituents constituting the schema are individually stored in plural kinds of data holding areas. An editing part 11-1 edits these data of plural kinds of constituents in accordance with operation from an input part 15, and a display part 16 combines these data and displays the result on a schema input picture as a picture of the integrated schema. |
