PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder, in which a tensile force is always constant with respect to an iron core having various dimension shapes so as to copper- wind uniformly and to also make insulated sheet windings, and which reduces size and saves space, and improves product quality, and can reduce manufacture costs by improving working efficiency. SOLUTION: A winder is constituted by a bobbin part 1, a rail part 2, a chain part 3, a table 4, and a storage wiring part. An iron core is set to the table 4, and a dimension of the rail part 2 is adjusted in matching with a dimension shape of the iron core, whereby the dimension of the chain part 3 is adjusted. The bobbin parts 1, on which a necessary amount of copper wire and a necessary amount of insulated sheet are respectively wound, are inserted into both sides of the rail part 2, respectively. The two bobbin parts 1 are controlled by a chain, whereby the tensile force of the copper wire or an insulated sheet 7 is appropriately adjusted, while they are caused to run itself relatively on the rail part 2, and also the table 4 rotates to rotate the iron core, whereby copper wire winding and insulated sheet winding are carried out at the same time. |
