PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference signal distributing system, where the installation code can be reduced when there is a need for managing both the frequency and the phase of a digital communication network. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an information transmission circuit and an information reception circuit that send/receive a clock signal, a phase signal and signals 51, 65 which include phase information to/from another device 23, a clock synchronization circuit 17 regenerates a reference clock signal 60 on the basis of a clock signal of a received signal, a phase signal generating section 18 produces a phase signal 61 from the regenerated signal, a phase difference measurement section 20 measures a phase error and transmits the reference clock signal 60, the phase signal 61, and information on phase error to the other device 23 via the information transmission circuit 22. |
