PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use power up to the contract power and prevent the frequent stop of one and the same load by providing a linear control section for linearly controlling the power consumption of a load and an on/off control section for separating the load based on an output signal of the linear control section. SOLUTION: When the power consumption is a little bit over the contract power, a control section 5 controls a linear control section 7 based on the setting conditions of a setting section 6 to bring down the power consumption within the contract power by phase control or step-down control of a load. When the power consumption is well over the contract power, the control section 5 controls an on/off control section 8 based on the setting conditions of the setting section 6 to separate the load and bring down the power consumption within the contract power. By this method, the power consumption can be always kept within the contract power and one and the same load never stops frequently. |
