PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an electric field relaxing ring-like electrode for relaxing the electric field concentration of a sealed ring minute gap part for a transformer winding. SOLUTION: A ring-like sealed ring 5 is disposed axially outside a winding 4 and is connected to the winding 4 and axially outside the winding 4 of the sealed ring 5, electric field relaxing outside a ring-like electrode 6A and an inside ring-like electrode 6B divided radially are disposed and are connected to the sealed ring 5, to constitute a transformer winding, and a T-type duct piece 8 having a T-type section is circumferentially disposed between the sealed ring 5 and the electric field relaxing outside the ring-like electrode 6A and the inside ring-like electrode 6B, thereby fixing the outside ring-like electrode 6A and the inside ring-like electrode 6B.
