PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the estimation method of a simple method having a similar effect to a multi-dimensional maximum entropy method. SOLUTION: An evaluation function LEM based on entropy to be used by an information theory is used for optimization. The obtained time-sequential multi-dimensional and one dimensional information and one to multi-dimensional information data D3 are regarded as the addition of a signal component S and an error N, and the signal component S is defined as the function of each kind of parameter A and a variable Y as shown in a formula 10; X=N=D-S (A, Y), and this is substituted as a variable X in LEM. Then, the sequential multi-dimensional and one dimensional information and one to multi-dimensional signal information S2, or the desired A or Y forming the S are calculated by a calculation method such as each kind of optimization method so that the LEM can be turned into the maxim, minimum, local maximum, local minimum, or fixed value designated by required items.
