PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call control system where a call is interrupted on the way of a queue in response to a preceding wait time when the call of an incoming call queue and having a caller ID is once given up and then received again. SOLUTION: Even when a resident call in an incoming call queue 8 is once given up and received again, a CPU 5 retrieves a preceding wait time from a caller ID of the incoming call and collates it with a wait time of respective current resident calls in the incoming call queue 8. The CPU 5 assigns the call of the caller ID properly to the current resident calls in the incoming call queue 8 depending on the preceding wait time on the basis of the collation result.
