PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a band narrow considering the formed pattern of input and output electrodes. SOLUTION: Dielectric blocks formed by providing an external conductor 11 on an external surface and providing conductors 12 and 13 on wall surfaces of internal conductor formation holes extending inward from the external surface are provided side by side and formed in one body. Projection-sectioned surrounding separate zones 9 and 10 which block off the conductor 11 are positioned at least on the end surface in the direction wherein the outside dielectric blocks are provided side by side in the successive provision direction, an input electrode 7 is provided inside one separate zone, and an output electrode 8 is provided inside the other separate zone. Those input electrode 7 and output electrode 8 are electrically connected to the internal conductors 12 and 13 through conductors provided on the walls of through holes 5 and 6 extending from nearby the opening of internal conductor formation holes of both the outside dielectric blocks toward the input electrode 7 or output electrode 8. While the input electrode 7 and output electrode 8 are patterned and formed at the center parts of both the outside dielectric block end surfaces, the same operation with the formation of the input electrode and output electrode close to the short-circuit end sides can be obtained through the through holes 5 and 6 to make a band narrow.
