PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form large- and small-diameter parts along the same axis for simplifying containment by forming, parallelly and alternately, a plurality of peaks and valleys on the front and back surfaces of a base material preformed in a plate form, and curving the base material along the continuous direction of the peaks and valleys. SOLUTION: A base material 11 includes a plurality of peaks 12A and valleys 12B on the front surface 11A and back surface 11B parallelly and alternately and is provided with a synthetic resin front surface material 13A and back surface material 13B laminated mutually, and the thermal contraction rate of the back surface material 13B is larger than that of the front surface material 13A. A wire harness or the like is placed on the back surface 11B of the base material 11 previously so as to be orthogonal to the continuous direction of the peaks 12A and valleys 12B. When hot air is applied to the base material 11, the base material 11 curves by itself so that the back surface 11B may face inward in the continuous direction of the peaks 12A and valleys 12B and along a diameter corresponding to the wire harness, and the large diameter 14A and the small diameter 14B are formed alternately along the same axis (c). |
