PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a convenient method for authenticating a user himself or herself with few possibilities of impersonation by inputting the motion of the user by employing a non-contact reading device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a data base 103 for registering prescribed information indicating the temporal arrangement and spatial characteristics of plural characteristic distance image frames which indicates a series of movement of a legal user as dictionary data, an image obtaining part 101 for inputting the series of movement for the user as the distance images constituted of the plural frames, and a processing part 102 for comparing the temporal arrangement and spatial characteristics of the plural characteristic frames extracted from this and for judging whether or not the user is a legal user on the basis of the compared result. |
