PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor eliminating the thickness non-uniformity of a reagent layer, which is simple in production and high in accuracy. SOLUTION: At least a measuring electrode and an opposed electrode are formed on the surface of an insulating substrate 1, and first insulating parts 13 for forming a recessed part in which a reagent layer 6 is injected are provided on the substrate so as to cover a part of both electrodes. Furthermore, second insulating parts 14 are provided on the first insulating parts 13 so as to narrow the groove between the first insulating parts 13, after the reagent layer 6 is formed to be bonded thereto under pressure. |
