PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a good light emitting diode lamp by positively passing light emitted from an LED chip through a light-transmitting film containing phosphors, and by merely adding a step of forming the light- transmitting film to manufacturing steps of a prior art light emitting diode lamp. SOLUTION: The light emitting diode lamp includes an LED chip 100, a lead 200 bonded to the chip 10, a light-transmitting resin 300 for molding the LED chip 100, and a light-transmitting film 400 formed on the resin 300. The light-transmitting film 400 contains phosphors 500.
