PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce further the thickness of a small-size electronic apparatus such as a portable telephone. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel 21 is pressed against the upper surface side of a frame-type case main part 11 by an upper cover 23 made from metal plate to fix. A circuit board 26 is pressed against the lower surface side of the case main part 11 by a lower cover 28 made from metal plate to fix. With this constitution, screw bosses for attaching the liquid crystal display panel and the circuit board to the case main part are not necessary and the thicknesses of the upper cover 23 and the lower cover 28 can be as thin as approximately 0.2-0.3 mm.
