PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select a reply contents of a notice message for each user depending on the number of unsuccessful calls and the elapsed time of each call if a telephone reply with a customer is impossible. SOLUTION: A CPU in a CTI server 4 allows an AP server 11 to retrieve a customer DB 6 from a caller telephone number of an incoming call when telephone sets of operators A-C are all busy, acquires number of busy times and its first time when the customer DB 6 has customer information, records a phone call reception time this time as the first time then the number of times of busy sates is '0', increments the number of times of the busy states, extracts message data of 'voice 1βfrom a reply message table stored in advance in a storage device and outputs the extracted data to a voice reply device 2, which automatically replies contents of the 'voice 1'.
