PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam generating device while the entire device is made compact. SOLUTION: Two output terminals provided in the electron generating power source of a high voltage generating device are connected to an electron gun by a gas insulating bus-bar. Two connecting conductors 11, 12 between the output terminals and the electron gun are adjacently disposed around the center in a tank 13, and a cross section shape perpendicular to an axial direction is so formed that the circumference of the combined cross section of the two pieces becomes almost circular.
