PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a regulator. SOLUTION: A stator 3 where a generation coil 2 is wound to a stator core 1, a rotor 6 where a permanent magnet 5 is fitted to the inner periphery of the cylinder part 4a of a rotor yoke 4 surrounding the stator core 1, a boss 7 which supports the stator core 1 at an outer periphery and supporting a rotary shaft 9 via a bearing 8 in the inner periphery, a stator fitting plate 10 which is integrally installed at the end part of the boss 7, ventilation ports 11a2 and 11b installed in the stator fitting plate 10 and the rotor yoke 4, a fan 13 sending cooling air into the cylindrical part 4a and a regulator 16 which adjusts generation output from the stator 3 are installed. Plural radiation fins 28 are formed on a face opposite to a recessed part 15a storing a regulator main body 17 and plural ventilation paths 29 feeding cooling air to a part 11a2 of the ventilation port 11b are formed between the radiation fins 28.
