PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform miniaturization and integration, to improve quadrature precision and to reduce the conversion loss by providing a balance/unbalance conversion circuit for a local oscillation wave(LO wave) obtained by forming two connection lines in a spiral shape and four anti-parallel diode pairs connected on a ring, etc. SOLUTION: An LO wave is subjected to balance/unbalance conversion by a spiral line and inputted to ring anti-parallel diode pairs 33a to 33d which are grounded at one point of connection points of two adjacent unit anti-parallel diode pairs. Next, an RF signal or a baseband signal is inputted to the pairs 33a to 33d from a connection point facing the ground point. Then, two waves inputted at the pairs 33a to 33d are subjected to frequency mixing. According to this configuration, since a spiral connection line is used as a balance/ unbalance conversion circuit for LO waves, miniaturization and integration can be performed, quadrature precision can be improved and the conversion loss can be reduced.
