PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor, on which the deterioration of thermal and mechanical strength due to defective adhesion can be suppressed effectively, without lowering aquired capacitance and the positional deviation of the internal electrode can be observed visually. SOLUTION: In this multilayer ceramic capacitor, a first internal electrode layer 3 is formed in the width being exposed to both side faces of a dielectric layer 1, a second internal electrode layer 4 is formed in the width leaving a side margin region between both side faces of a dielectric layer 2, and a slit part 7, which is inclined with respect to the first internal electrode layer 3.
