PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated chip coil part, having a high resonance frequency and used in high frequencies by reducing floating capacity between coils. SOLUTION: A laminated chip coil part includes electric insulating layers and conductive patterns 16, 20, 24, 28, 32 which are laminated alternately, the conductive patterns being connected to each other at their end portions, to form coil patterns overlaid on each other in the direction of lamination and being embedded in an insulating material, and external electrodes 40 formed on an outside chip surface and connected to the portions near the ends of these internal coil patterns. The coil patterns include two coil patterns of an inside conductive pattern and an outside conductive pattern, which are arranged alternately in the direction of lamination in a chip.
