PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the versatility of a manual pulse generator by providing the manual pulse generator with a universal serial interface. SOLUTION: A universal serial bus(USB) interface 17 being a means connecting a personal computer and an external input-output device in recent years is provided in the manual pulse generator. The manual pulse generator is promoted to be applied to a control device provided with a USB interface or a controller including a personal computer having a USB interface by having the interface 17, and the improvement of production efficiency can be expected due to demand expansion.
