PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare know-how material for maintenance and inspection in various facility such as a power system and a plant. SOLUTION: A know-how material implementor vocally inputs the explanation of maintenance and inspection places, etc., of maintenance and inspection object facilities with a voice information input device and enables image information to be inputted with an image information input device 12 when this input is performed. A know-how material editing device 13 makes the inputs of voice information and the image information, also links them and stores this file in an inspection maintenance support database 14. An inspection CE obtains corresponding know-how material from the database by a know-how material output device 15 when the CE inspects and maintains a facility. |
