PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually and easily switch the connection of a jumper cord, to prevent the jumper cord from being rubbed on the bottom and to prevent the local bending of the jumper cord. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped alignment board 6 is arranged in front of an external optical cable housing part 12 arranged between a splitter unit group part 14 and a coupler unit group part 15 inside a frame 10 and on the alignment board 6, plural through holes 6a for cord alignment are formed for passing the plural jumper cords while aligning them. The alignment board 6 is constituted so that a jumper cord 3 connecting a splitter unit 4 and a coupler unit 5 can be passed from side to side of the frame 10 through the through hole 6a for cord alignment. A fixing member 60 made of an elastic body for fixing an intermediate part thereof to the through hole 6a for cord alignment on the alignment board 6 is attached to the jumper cord 3.
