摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a motor reach a target rotating speed quickly after the start of rotation or after the switching of a rotating speed by using a first rotating-speed-detection-means until the motor reaches the target rotating speed, using a second speed-detection-means after the reach, and controlling the rotating speed with feedback. SOLUTION: The speed of revolution of the output shaft 42 of a photoreceptor motor M4 is detected by a frequency generator(FG), and the speed of revolution is controlled. A rotary encoder 44 for controlling the speed of revolution of the photoreceptor motor M4 is attached to one end of a rotary shaft 3s. At the time of image formation requiring the rotation of a photoreceptor drum 3 at a constant speed, the encoder 44 that detects the speed of revolution of the rotary shaft 3s of the photoreceptor drum 3 is used, a change in the rotating speed of the photoreceptor drum 3 is directly detected, and the speed of revolution of the photoreceptor motor M4 is controlled with feedback on the result being provided. At the time of the control of the acceleration of the photoreceptor motor M4 or the control of the deceleration of it as in the case of the actuation of the photoreceptor motor M4 or the switching of the speed of it, the FG is used.
