PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow management system for circulating a circular article using a network for efficiently executing a work by saving the labor of the preparation, circulation and calling-back of the circular article. SOLUTION: This workflow management system adds circular information to an applied circular article by an article information adding device 11, and circulates the circular article based on the added circular information, and removes the circular information from the circulated circular article after the end of circulation. Moreover, when a recording format of the circular article is not matched with a preliminarily set circular format, the recording format of the circular article is converted into the circular format by a format converting device 13, and the recording format of the circular article is inverse converted into the original recording format after the end of circulation. This system is provided with a function for accepting information prepared outside the system as the circular article as it is, and for adding route information to be used for the circulation in this system, the destination of return after the end of circulation, and the circulating method of the circular article. Also, this system is provided with the function for converting the format of the circular article, and for inverse converting the format into the original format after the end of circulation. |
