PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display in a full size on a display screen in an image input/output device and to share the feeling of watching an object of a size close to that of an actual object between a user who photographs an image and the user who observes the image. SOLUTION: This full size image input/output device is provided with a photographing means, a distance measurement means for measuring the distance from the photographing means to an object, a display size calculation means 105 for calculating the display size of the image for displaying the object in the full size on the basis of the photographing lens viewing angle of the photographing means and the distance to the object and an image display means 109 for displaying the image photographed by the photographing means by the calculated display size close to the actual size.
