PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit for suppressing the waviness of a current value and preventing noise from being generated on a screen. SOLUTION: A control circuit 27 switches a second switching element 32 to an OFF state while a first switching element 24 is in an ON state and switches it to the ON state when the first switching element 24 is in the OFF state and the voltage value of a primary coil 22 is larger than a driving power supply voltage value after a current flow through a first diode 26.
