PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which prevent a wrong use of an IC card to reduce the loss of a credit card company due to the wrong use at the time of applying the IC card to a credit card or the like and secures a higher safety in comparison with a credit card using a magnetic card by adding an information input element to the IC card and performing the identity verification on an IC card user. SOLUTION: An IC card 100 is provided with an information input element 110 in a position other than a connection terminal 130. As for the processing of an incorporated microcomputer, the processing for identity verification to check the coincidence between holographic feature points of a signature written on the information input element with a pen or the like and preliminarily recorded holographic feature points at the time of using the IC card is provided. |
