PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the reference of a diagnosis and medical treatment record in the past and to facilitate input operation by displaying the current diagnosis and medical treatment record to be inputted and the diagnosis and medical treatment record for reference in the past on one diagnosis and medical treatment record display picture. SOLUTION: When any diagnosis and medical treatment record is designated out of diagnosis and medical treatment history information displayed on a display part 202 by the operation of an input operation part 201, specified data are inputted to a data judging part 205 and the read of the medical record is requested to a magnetic disk control part 206 or MO control part 207. When the designated medical treatment record is stored on a magnetic disk 21, according to the request of the data judging part 205, the magnetic disk control part 206 reads the designated diagnosis and medical treatment record out of the magnetic disk 21, dispatches it to diagnosis and medical treatment record data display control part 210 and displays it on the diagnosis and medical treatment record display picture. When there are plural diagnosis and medical treatment records, they are displayed on one medical treatment record display picture so as to be freely scrolled. Concerning the diagnosis and medical treatment record under preparation to be prepared by operating the input operating part 201, it is displayed on the same diagnosis and medical treatment record display picture as well. |
