PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light durability and photoelectric conversion efficiency by containing ultraviolet absorbent and semiconductor micro particles in a photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: As an ultraviolet absorbent contained in a photosensitive layer, preferably a compound having an absorbing maximum at a wavelength shorter than 420 nm, especially a compound represented by a formula, is used. In the formula, R11-R14 are respectively hydrogen atoms or univalent substituted groups such as alkyl groups, and a circle may be formed by bonding it with other part in a molecule. Here, n11 represents an integer of 1-5, when it is 2 or more, respective substituted groups may be same or different. This compound, especially preferably, when it has at least one carboxyl group or phosphoric acid group, has good adsorptiveness to semiconductor micro particles. Using amount of ultraviolet absorbent is preferably more than 5×10-6 mol and less than 5×10-2 mol per 1 m2 support to be coated by the semiconductor particles. |
