PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera diaphragm device having a lens driving function in which a diaphragm mechanism to insert a circular diaphragm aperture to a photographing optical path and a lens set mechanism to set a lens at a specified position are controlled by one motor. SOLUTION: When a driving member 11 normally and reversely rotated by a motor 8 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction from an initial position, an intermediate member 6 is actuated in accordance with a rotational amount, and a part to be locked 6c is locked by either of the locking parts 4a and 4b of a locking member 4, so that either of the apertures 10a and 10b of a diaphragm member 10 is inserted into aperture 1a. Then, the driving member 11 is rotated in a clockwise direction, and a lens frame 3 is set at a specified position through a pillar 11e, so that photographing is executed. After the photographing, the driving member 11 is rotated in the clockwise direction once, and the pin 4c of the locking member 4 is pushed by an engaging part 11a, and it is rotated in the counterclockwise direction after releasing the locking of the intermediate member 6, so that it is returned to the initial position.
