PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch the direction of an output current, even if the potential difference between a conversion voltage and an output terminal voltage is small by supplying the output of a 1st constant current source to the output terminal based on the output of a comparison circuit, which compares the converted voltage with the output terminal voltage and generating a source current. SOLUTION: Control signals 200a and 201a of a circuit control the operations of constant current sources 9 and 12. Also, transistors 10 and 11 constitute a current switching means 50 which is a differential circuit. A conversion voltage 100 is inputted to the inverted input terminal of a comparison circuit 8, and an output terminal voltage 101 is connected to the non-inverted input terminal of the circuit 8, the collector of the transistor 10 and one end of the source 12. Also, the inverted output/non-inverted output of the circuit 8 are respectively connected to the bases of the transistors 11/10. The emitters of the transistors 10 and 11 are connected to one end of the source 9, while the other end of the source 9 is connected to a positive voltage source, and the collector of the transistor 11 and the other end of the source 12 are connected to a negative voltage source, respectively.
