PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fluctuation of a coil inductance which is caused by temperature changes, to prevent oscillation fault from occurring and also to accomplish low cost by serially connecting an inductance circuit and an insertion circuit of a resistor serially having a positive temperature coefficient and a capacitor. SOLUTION: An overtone oscillation circuit 1, a crystal oscillator 2, a capacitor parallel circuit 5 including a posistor resistor 3 and a capacitor 4, a coil parallel circuit 9 parallelly connected to a serial circuit resistor 8 of coils 6 and 7, a trimmer capacitor 10 and a variable capacitance diode 11 are serially connected. Because a crystal oscillator provided with what serially connects two parallel circuits 5 and 9 in this way varies so that the equivalent inductance of the circuit 5 can negate the change of the inductance value of an inductance circuit which is involved in temperature change, the reduction in the cost for a piezo-oscillator is accomplished because of yield improvement due to the improvement of frequency stability.
