PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a jumper cord from locally bending by evading the bottom rub of the jumper cord. SOLUTION: At the right-side end part in a rack 10, an in-station optical cable storage part which stores in-station optical cables is arranged and at its adjacent rear position, an out-station optical cable storage part which stores out-station optical cables is arranged. A splitter unit group part 14 having splitter units 4 installed is arranged adjacently to the in-station optical cable storage part at the right-side front part in the rack 10. On the left side in the rack 10, a coupler unit group part 15 is arranged which has coupler units 5 installed. An array board group part 16 where array boards 6 are vertically stacked is arranged between the splitter unit group part 14 and coupler unit group part 15.
