PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select a channel that is frequently viewed by an operator by storing a channel selection history of the operator, comparing the channel selection history with a reference value and generating a program list on the basis of the comparison result so as to automatically generate an exclusive button on the program list. SOLUTION: An input output information control section 100 records program addition information in information received from an information synthesis section 111 to an input information storage section 114 via a storage section control means 120. A channel selection history storage means 121 acquires and stores a history obtained when an operator selects a channel via an external signal input section 112. A program list generating means 123 generates a program list on the basis of the program addition information stored in the input information storage section 114 and comparison information calculated by a history information comparison means and outputs the program list to an information output section 113. Thus, the program list with an exclusive channel selection button for a channel most frequently viewed by the operator is generated and displayed.
