PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device which is small and inexpensive, and is capable of measuring with high speed the 3-dimensional displacement direction and the displacement amount of a target object. SOLUTION: This device comprises a light-receiving part 1 with photodiodes PDmn arranged 2-dimensionally therein, an integrating circuit array 2, a switch matrix 3 and a shift resistor 4. Each photodiode PDmn outputs an electric current signal in accordance with an intensity of light received. The integrating circuit array 2 has 25 pairs of integrating circuits and holding circuits. Each pair of integrating circuit and holding circuit are provided for each photodiode PDmn. The switch matrix 3 and the shift resistor 4 output sequentially the output signal from each photodiode PDmn on a readout line of the 25 photodiodes PDmn via the corresponding integrating circuit and holding circuit to an output line.
