SOLUTION: A browser 1A stores obtained information, non-obtained information, and date information, and confirms the obtained information and the non- obtained information at the time of obtaining an image in a home page from a Web server 2, and sets an image non-obtaining state in which any image in the home page is not received at the time of confirming that the non-obtained information is set for the image in the home page. Also, the browser 1A transmits the date information to the Web server 2 at the time of setting the image non-obtaining state. The Web server 2 releases the image non-obtaining state only when the latest updated date of the latest updated date information of the image in the home page is earlier than the date of the date information, and transmits the image in the home page to the browser 1A.
