PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the unit prices of parts and a number of man-hours needed to assemble products by, when a plurality of component members comprising an enclosure are assembled, placing a member to cope with noise in such a position that the member to cope with noise is clamped and secured between structural members. SOLUTION: A core fixing hole 61 is formed on the back side of the front panel 51 of an electrical insulator, and ferrite core 60 for a member to cope with noise is fit into the core fixing hole 61 by pressing a front chassis 52 against the front panel 51 so that the ferrite core will not drop. Thus, the front chassis 52 and the front panel 51 are assembled into one. Thus, the opening of the core fixing hole 61 is closed with the wall face of the front chassis 52, and the ferrite core 60 is clamped and held down between the front panel 51 and the front chassis 52. As a result, the unit prices of parts and a number of man-hours required for assembly can be reduced.
