PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery charger capable of detecting full charge with accuracy even if the generated power of a generator fluctuates or an electrical load is changed. SOLUTION: Full charge of a battery is judged by utilizing a phenomenon that when a battery is fully charged, the voltage of the battery drops. The voltage of the battery is detected by a charging voltage detecting means 40, and the charged power of the battery is detected by a charged power detecting means 42. A full charge judgment prohibiting means 50 is provided which prohibits judgment of full charge by a full charge judging means 52. Therefore, since judgment of full charge is not made when the charged power fluctuates, full charge is detected with accuracy without being erroneously detected. |
