PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make smoothly executable a schedule management operation in an organization constituted of plural members by collectively reserving/ managing the schedules of plural optionally selected members and to make quickly and easily executable the reservation/management of a conference room by retrieving/extracting the spare time of a shared room such as a conference room and a drawing room in the case of reserving the shared room by plural members and setting up a reservation in one of the spare time periods so as to omit complicated operation for repeatedly retrieving the spare time of the shared room. SOLUTION: The business management support system 10 constructs a network by connecting a manager server 1 to a terminal server 2 through a LAN, a telephone line or the like, the server 1 provides a schedule reservation document or a conference room reservation document for recording the information data of a schedule, a conference room reservation or the like in accordance with a prescribed format to the network and stores prescribed reservation data and each of the servers 1, 2 inputs the schedules of employees or the reservation of a conference room/drawing room in accordance with a prescribed format. |
