PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a circuit pattern without using a screen mask. SOLUTION: A master pattern 4 and a substrate 5 are fixed onto a table 3 and while the table 3 is moved by pitches, the master pattern 4 is read by a photoelectric sensor 8; only when the area of the pattern part in the read master pattern 4 exceed a half, the substrate 5 is coated with a conductive substance from a dispenser 13 to form a circuit pattern on the substrate 5. After the pattern formation, the substrate 5 is thermally treated to set the conductive substance, thereby completing a circuit board.
