PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate a block of ceramic green chip bases by component units by a simple means with which a ceramic laminated green sheet for manufacture for a plurality of components is cut in a component unit and thereafter, with a block of the ceramic green chip bases which are the cut component unit, transferred by a belt conveyor, and that the block of the ceramic green chip bases is pressed by a pressure-welding roller arranged in the vicinity of the terminal turning to the lower part of the conveyor to separate the ceramic green chip bases in the component unit. SOLUTION: A block B of ceramic green chip bases is made to be preheated in a heating furnace 3 to transfer the block B by a belt conveyor 1, and the block B of the ceramic green chip bases, which are retained at glass transition temperature, is pressed by a pressure-welding roller 2 in the vicinity of the terminal turning to the lower part of the conveyor 1 to separate the block of the chip bases in a component unit.
