PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce network traffic and to facilitate operation by presenting a multi-address communication indicating picture by a home page form and sending data stored in a memory based on transmission request data from a client so as to simplify the processing procedure of transfer. SOLUTION: Received data from a WWW server part 13 and a FAX/voice communication part 9 is processed and a respectively prescribed file name is given to data. After storing data in an external storing part 4, the HTML file generation part 11 of a ROM 2 updates the file of a reception list according to setting of printing, retaining and transferring. When a client accesses to a home page through a network, a WWW server part 12 sends a file stored in an external storing part 4 required for displaying the home page to display on the picture of a client machine. When the client selects a desired icon, the part 12 reads a pertinent file from the part 4 to transmit.
