PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the deformation to a stator core formed by layering a plurality of steel sheets. SOLUTION: A protruding line 141 is formed so as to be positioned on the opposite side (diagonal position) to a groove part 142 with a rotor sandwiched in the diametrical direction of a stator core 140. A minimum cross-section secondary moment increases in an arbitrary cross-section cut in the axial direction of a rotor without the groove part 142 being positioned at the diagonal position. Therefore, the bending rigidity of respective steel sheets 140a in the axial direction of the rotor 1, thus enabling to restrain generation of deformation to respective steel sheets 140a (stator core 140).
