In such a case, the humidity of the atmosphere being in contact until the coating liquid for the photoreceptor is finished to be applied after the supporting body is dried is controlled to <=+10% of whitening humidity, the interval to the coating is controlled to <25 min and the humidity in the coating process of the coating liquid for photoreceptor is controlled to equal to or below the whitening humidity.
