The temperature regulator has at least one compressor (11) activated by foot or another part of the body, and two sections at different pressure levels connected by expansion member (19) or shutter, with section in thermal relationship with inside of article at higher pressure for heating and lower pressure for cooling. Pressure reducer is in form of tube with vortex effect, adjustable from outside to regulate temperature.
