Plastic cap comprises skirt, at top of capsule, extended by tongue and band to ring, at bottom of capsule. Tongue links skirt to ring at bottom of capsule. Band is attached to lower edge of skirt by first line (7). Lower part of band is attached to ring by second line (9). Lines (7, 9) have small resistance to tearing.
