Manufacturing method involves overmolding of blade (100) in injecting mold (300). Slide (301) is placed in mold to protect transversal slot at front of handle, near hinge. Width of slot is equals to width of blade. Plastic injection is done perpendicularly to hinge hole and near hinge hole. Independent claims are also included for (1) the description of the pocket knife and (2) the description of the mold for the knife.
