PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of burrs without requiring a complicated process or high-precision metal mold or causing deterioration in optical characteristics. SOLUTION: A couple of disk substrates 1 and 2 having one main surface as a signal surface and the other main surface as a read surface are adhered so that the signal surface side of one substrate and the read surface side of the other substrate face each other. At this time, the external diameter of the disk substrate having the read surface side adhered is larger than the external diameter of the disk substrate having the signal surface side adhered. The disk substrates have the main surfaces formed by a fixed-side metal mode and a movable-side metal mold, one of which is mounted with a stamper; and they are molded by using a molding device which molds the outer peripheral edges of the disk substrates with an outer peripheral ring and the metal mold size is varied to vary the external diameter. |
