PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute secure emergency report processing by starting supply power from an auxiliary battery by means of the depression of an emergency report transmission button. SOLUTION: A control part 12 recognizes that an emergency report request is given by an operation signal from an emergency report transmission button 3. A signal requesting present position information is outputted to a position information acquirement processing part 14 for starting an emergency report processing and data on information of the travel direction and the direction of a vehicle and position information are inputted from the position information acquirement processing part 14. Telephone numbers of police and an emergency report center are obtained from a storage part 15 and the transmission request of telephone is given to an emergency report communication means 11 by using the telephone numbers. When a power control circuit 18 executes the emergency report processing by the depression of the emergency report transmission button 3, it executes a power control processing for starting power supply to an emergency report system terminal unit 1 from an auxiliary diode 19 through a diode.
